Most of us are so busy attending to all we have to do that we forget to live. Do we know what is truly happening in our lives as each precious moment goes by? Come and discuss what it means to be mindful. Explore the ways in which we can try to be more aware of our lives even as we are living them. Among other steps we may take, we will discuss mindful breathing, yoga and meditation. We will introduce ways to help us live more fully. We will all “be in this together,'' sharing any experiences we may have had with attempts at living more mindfully. Join us for a two-part talk on October 6 and 13.
