Sunday Forum: “Meditation for Anxiety”

Meditation can be a wonderful spiritual practice that improves our quality of life. Melissa recently led a four-week course at the Fellowship on using meditation to help reduce stress and anxiety. In Sunday’s Forum, she will describe the course and share techniques with us. She hopes to run the course again in the fall.

Melissa has taught yoga at the Victory YMCA for years.
