“Color and Fragrance”
The Flower Ceremony was first celebrated at Unitaria, the Unitarian Church of Prague, on June 4th 1923, so UUs everywhere will be celebrating a big anniversary next year! For this year, let’s enjoy the blessing of this beloved ritual, as created by Czech ministers Norbert and Maja Čapek, for the first time since before the coronavirus pandemic!
Please bring with you one flower for yourself and each person attending with you. The flowers are collected in vases at the start of the service and then distributed later.
What: We are pleased to offer multi-platform services, both in-person with limited capacity and on Zoom.
For in-person attendance, please wear a non-cloth mask and bring your proof of vaccination if you haven’t provided it previously.
For Zoom, you can begin connecting at 10:45 a.m. to check your computer set-up and for introductions, and the service itself will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m.
When: Every Sunday, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
