“In Our Hands” Presented by Joanne Dingus “Healing is not just about what we experience in the present; it’s also about how we understand the past.” ~ Susan Raffo We know that racialized trauma has been passed down from generation to generation, body to body, but there are things we can do to heal and stop the cycle of pain. Mending our hearts and our bodies is in our hands. Joanne Dingus is the UUFP’s Director of Religious Education. Outside church, she enjoys making art, singing with The Earthtones, and volunteering at the Boys & Girls Club. Joanne is grateful for her two amazing children. What: We are pleased to offer multi-platform services, both in-person and on Zoom. Children’s RE and the Forum take place at 9:30am so that families can attend the service together.  Nursery care will be available throughout.
