During her career she volunteered for technical committees and learned speaking and communication skills that she continues to use in retirement. As a state volunteer for AARP, Myra joined in the fall of 2016 as a member of the speaker’s bureau. She is interested in communicating with seniors about issues that affect quality of life. Today she will be leading us in a conversation about how to stay healthy as we age.
