Americans without religious affiliation, who mostly identify as “nothing in particular” are therefore known as “Nones.” Perhaps the most striking trend in American religion in recent years has been the growing percentage of  religious “Nones,” the majority of whom say they were raised as a member of a particular religion before shedding their religious identity in adulthood.  With a shift that stands to impact both religion and politics, let’s explore what this means for us individually, collectively as UUs and globally,  as our spirituality fuels our desire to help heal a hurting  world.
